Quality Control for Solar modules

Purchasing solar modules directly from manufacturers in China provides huge price advantages. In a market that has become very competitive, purchasing directly from China has become one of the key elements for successful solar system installers or EPC companies. Module prices are important, but purchasing in China also comes with a risk. QC at site is an example of risk limitation.

Certifications (TUV, UL, IEC, MCS, ISO and VDE) are not enough to guarantee product quality. Not only state-of-the-art production equipment will not be sufficient for producing top level solar modules. Independent quality control is needed. This inspection will be performed, before, during and after production. Pre- shipment are also performed by SQC.
